ACK's Sweet Basmati Rice

Sweet Basmati Rice



Ingredients: Basmati Rice 

                        Crisp Green Beans Steamed

                        Pre-Grilled Sliced Chicken or Cubed Tofu

                        1 Medium Sweet Onion Chopped

                        Balsamic Glaze

                        1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

                        1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter

Crisp Green Beans

Spices per Cooked Cup of Rice: 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder, 1 teaspoon of Ground Ginger, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 teaspoon of Sweet Paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of Clove Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder, 2 1/2 teaspoons of Raw Sugar


Cottage Cheese
Grapes


Optional for Serving Alongside: Cottage Cheese and Sliced Red or Concord Grapes with optional Sprig of Mint, and to Drink choose a Spice or Herb Tea, Grape Juice, Grape Soda, or Sweet Red Wine

To Cook: First Lightly Sauté Chicken or Tofu in Skillet with 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil, and Chopped Onion. Next combine with this Basmati Rice and recommended amount of water. Add and mix in seasoning created from Spices. Allow Rice to soak up the water and stir in butter. Serve with Beans on top with Drizzled Balsamic Glaze and Sprinkle a bit of Cinnamon.
