White Rabbit Salad

White Rabbit Salad


Ingredients: 1 head of Organic Iceberg Lettuce, 1 Large can of Crushed Pineapple, 1 bottle Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing or home-made is always good😉, 1 Container of Small Curd Cottage Cheese



Makes up to 4 Servings


To Prepare: take individual salad plates or bowls, and create first a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce on each.

Next onto each lettuce bed place 1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese.


Follow with 1/4 cup of crushed Pineapple.

Lastly, rim the salad with the dressing generously or sparingly, if you prefer.

*Optional* Serve topped with A sprinkle of White Pepper, if unavailable Course Black Pepper is fine.




*Tip you can add crumbled blue cheese on top for garnish.
