Wondering why I use Butter, Olive Oil etc. not blended choices or Margarine alternatives ever???

Not a campaign, or health choice. I happen to be allergic to Palm Oil. 

Looking for substitutes in baking like me? 

I am a fan of Land O Lakes Light Butter as a margarine substitute, and instead of Crisco, I use Ghee Butter.
