Ingredients
Prepare Elbow Mac and add about 1 Tablespoon of Butter per serving, stir through Mac carefully
Have prepared Cranberry Chutney to stir carefully into noodles about 2 - 3 Tablespoons per serving
Prepare ACK’s Harvati Cheese Sauce recipe below to drizzle desired amount on top
Black or White Pepper to taste
Top with grated Parmesan
ACK’s Harvati Cheese Sauce (Vegan option a nice additive to this vegan sauce is Daiya Jalapeño Harvati Style😉)
Makes 2-4 Servings (May wish to double😉)
For a Total of 2 Cups add
1 1/2 Cups of Harvati Cheese
1/4 Cup of Blue Cheese
1/4 Cup of Goat Cheese or Brie
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Flour
1 Cup of Milk (Any)
