ACK’s Wild Burgers

 ACK’s Wild Burgers 

Jalapeño 

Ingredients:

1lbs 85% lean Beef (Anti beef? Try Mushroom based Veggie Burgers!)

Season Patties with

Light spray fry pan with Olive Oil (Or blend 2 teaspoons Olive Oil and 2 teaspoons Organic Canola Oil)

1 Tablespoon apple cider Vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder 

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Pepper to taste


Other Ingredients:

Salt (recommend Redmond’s Real Salt)

Eggs (One Per patty alternatively use Just Egg)

Jalapeño slices fresh or we like Rio Luna Organic Jalapeños

Sliced Cheddar Cheese of Choice 

1 Yellow Onion Thinly Sliced

BBQ Sauce we used Kraft Memphis BBQ

Ketchup we like Heinz Organic or Simply

Mayo of Choice Any

Use Larger Rolls

Eggs

Cook Patties, add layer jalapeño and 1/2 tsp BBQ, then melt cheese, place some jalapeño on top (this is your prepared patty)

Fry Eggs over easy and Pepper & Salt to taste

Assemble sand which with prepared patty, put onion and drizzle BBQ and Ketchup to taste, place egg on top

Mayo on the lid and you got a Wild Burger! 🍔 

Serve with Pickle or Salad, or Air Fried French Fries and Cola of Choice, anti soda try Zevia!
