Strawberry Linguine

 ACK’s Strawberry Bruschetta Pasta


Ingredients:

Cooked Linguine tossed in light Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Make our Alfredo with Blended Goat Cheese and Cream Cheese or Mascarpone or Neufchâtel, or Cashew Cheese combined possibly with silken Tofu

Alfredo Sauce:

2-4 Tablespoons of Butter

1 1/2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream

2 cups of blended cheese best choose two of choice *see above list

1/4 teaspoon of minced Garlic

(For this recipe) To your Alfredo add 1-2 Tablespoons of Strawberry Jam


Diced and Sliced Fresh Strawberries 🍓 about 1/4 to 1/2 cup per dish

Balsamic Glaze

Fresh or Dried Mint 

Mixed Parmesan & Romano Grated

Seasoning: Parsley, Optional Crushed Chili Pepper, White or Black Pepper of Choice to taste


Dress Pasta with Sauce, season to taste, add berries, top with grated cheese to taste, drizzle balsamic glaze, garnish with mint and serve.

Great with French or Italian Bread🍽️ and possibly a small tossed salad 🥗 !
